Susan and I (and members of our extended family) have worked with Connie on
several real estate transactions over the past 12 years. When we bought our
first house, Connie actually represented the sellers (instead of us) and we
were so impressed that we vowed she would be our agent the next time around!
While there are many things that we appreciate about Connie (e.g. integrity,
professional knowledge, and continued service after completion of a transaction),
one of her most impressive characteristics is the desire to act in the best
interest of her clients. In looking at a property, we sometimes focus just on
what is immediately visible. However, Connie always looks at the "big picture."
Her tactful and insightful comments about a variety of issues always help us
view a property in a much more complete manner. In the end, Connie completely
respects that fact that buying or selling a property is ultimately our decision
to make. She just wants to make sure we have all of the pertinent and accurate
information to consider before making a decision and that is what makes her so
special.
As a result of the recent housing market downturn, many realtors are no longer
working in this profession. However, Connie has actively continued to serve
clients because of her reputation, solid performance, and commitment to
excellence. Not one of the many people we have referred to her over the years
has ever experienced anything other than superior and personal service.
